Requirements
- Lead the delivery of HR solutions to client businesses
- Full accountability for managing a portfolio of clients
- Ability to spot opportunities and add value to our SME client base
- Proven experience in strategic direction and partnering with the Board & Senior Executive team
- Business consultancy skills and ability to influence at all levels
- Ideally CIPD (L7) qualified or equivalent
