The Labor Relations Analyst will be responsible for data analysis, predictive modeling, and labor cost modeling within the Pension Liability Management, 3rd-Party Audit Response, and Negotiation Support areas. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and maintains a strong commitment to the Penske Labor Relations principles. The position involves managing compensation, conducting audits, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic labor decisions.
Requirements
- Manage all aspects of Pension data including project management of partial withdrawal mitigation and partial withdrawal scenario planning.
- Maintain core Pension metrics – allocation tool, cbu history, highest contribution levels, 20-year cap calculator, and no-fly zone risk targets.
- Manage labor costing models – accurate creation, completion, and archiving for all contracts.
- Lead the collection and wrangling of required information per the audit and provide through secure sources.
- Coordinate with Labor Relations Experts and available CBAs, SPDs, and other documents to curate audit responses.
- Reconciliation of 3rd party audit findings, vetting and adjust Pension Rules (annual caps, exclusions, CBU denominations, timing, etc...) to align with the audit findings.
- Extract and analyze information for auditing, surveys, government filings and reporting purposes as needed.
- Create reports / BI / Dashboards from the underlying data held to support processing and project initiatives.
- Leverage MS Power Apps and other tools to streamline recurring processes, reports, workflows, and administrative tasks.
