Full-Cycle Recruiter

Pearl Talent is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage recruitment processes, connect clients with top talent, and drive successful placements. The role involves building pipelines, screening candidates, managing client relationships, and ensuring high standards of engagement with both candidates and clients. This is a remote position focused on fast-paced results and impactful contributions to both clients and candidates.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare/health tech, corporate, and niche, or LatAm roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management.
• Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
