Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Experience recruiting for healthcare/health tech, corporate, and niche roles, or LatAm roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management.
- Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on extreme ownership.
