Full-Cycle Recruiter

Pearl Talent is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage recruitment processes, connect clients with top talent, and maintain strong client relationships. This role focuses on pipeline management, screening candidates, and maintaining a positive candidate experience, with a focus on impactful placements and career growth.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare/health tech, corporate, and niche roles, or LatAm roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with candidate screening, topgrading techniques, and client relationship management.
• Strong proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Notion).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, creative problem-solving mindset with a focus on extreme ownership.
