Job Description
The Regional Manager at PeakMade Real Estate is responsible for managing a student housing portfolio by maximizing net operating income through increasing revenues and minimizing expenditures while maintaining a high caliber of on-site services and staff.
Requirements
- Maintain excellent customer relations through timely communication and solutions to customer concerns
- Manage a high-quality on-site team at each property through implementation of effective recruitment, training, motivation and development programs
- Achieve the highest possible net operating income through the implementation of effective cost control and revenue improvement programs
