Co-facilitate a 4-week summer English club for teens in northeastern Ukraine, utilizing English as a tool for self-expression and emotional awareness. The club will address the educational and psychosocial needs of youth, aged 14–18, in the community.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Basic Ukrainian language skills
- Virtual engagement and communication experience
- Curriculum and workshop development experience
- Experience working with youth to develop decision-making, problem-solving, emotional intelligence, and communication skills
- Coaching, guiding, and/or mentoring youth on stress management and coping strategies
- Understanding and adapting teaching approaches to different conditions and contexts
