Co-develop Youth English Club for Career Development

The position involves co-developing a youth English club for career development, providing career counseling, and promoting business communication skills for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in Ukraine. The role requires collaboration with a charitable organization to create a curriculum and facilitate online sessions for club members. The tasks include coordinating with organization representatives, reviewing project goals, and co-facilitating weekly online sessions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
• Virtual engagement and communication
• Curriculum and workshop development
• Conducting group sessions for young people
• Career consulting, coaching, guiding, and/or mentoring youth on career planning
