You'll lead cross-functional campaign planning and delivery as an individual contributor, managing multiple channels with precision and attention to detail. By defining and executing innovative strategies, you'll help Paytient stand out in a highly fragmented market.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive B2B marketing with a strong track record of delivering revenue growth through demand generation and digital marketing
- Experience in a complex industry such as healthcare, FinTech, SaaS or benefits is a plus
- Ability to think big-picture (strategy, market, positioning) while also being a hands-on builder and optimizer of campaigns that deliver measurable results
- A talent for creating powerful, audience-focused messaging that turns complexity into clarity and compels action
- Strong and innate analytical mindset, challenging and using insights drive better results
- Agility, resourcefulness and comfort in working in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment
- Deep expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, digital advertising tools (google ads, linkedin Ads) and working with AI to accelerate time-to-market
