PayPal is looking for an Associate Representative, Lead Development to execute high velocity outreach to merchants in selected APAC markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sales, a dynamic hunter personality, and experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Full working proficiency and fluency in English with a need for certain languages to be specified (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
- Strong passion for Sales with a dynamic hunter personality to reach decision makers
- A high degree of comfort with “cold calls” and skilled at navigating through various barriers to engage with key decision makers
- 1-2 years of sales, marketing or business development experience. SaaS sales experience is a plus.
- Proven track record in outperforming both individual and team goals and KPI
- Previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns is a plus.
- Motivation and energy to drive early-stage revenue opportunities
- Desire to learn enterprise sales methodologies and strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both independently and as part of a team, in a high energy, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment.
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator and GONG is a plus.
