Director of Strategic Partnerships

PayJunction is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead and expand a high-performing team focused on selling No-code Payment Integration (NCPI) partner ecosystems. This role is about uncovering and enabling new revenue streams, not a typical partnerships position. The Director will build and scale these relationships, generating demand and driving revenue for partners.

Requirements

• Develop and execute business development strategies.
• Establish and grow strategic partnerships.
• Lead a high-performing team in B2B, FinTech, or Payments.
• Meet or exceed sales quota targets.
• Maintain strong partner satisfaction scores.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to evaluate funnel performance.
