We're hiring a senior creative lead to own our visual brand vision and build a high-performing, proactive design function. The role involves managing in-house designers, bridging agency to internal execution, and elevating our ways of working.
Requirements
- 6+ years in visual/brand design, including 2+ years leading teams (ideally within SaaS, tech, or product-led companies)
- Proven in-house experience driving a brand from conception to execution across multiple channels
- Portfolio that demonstrates visual systems, rebrands/launches, employer brand creative, and consistent multi-channel application
- Skilled at briefing and QA-ing agencies/freelancers while building and coaching strong in-house design teams
