Brand and Design Lead

Payabl is seeking a Senior Creative Lead to own the visual brand vision and build a high-performing design function. This role involves translating brand positioning into a visual system, managing a team, and elevating work practices. The lead will focus on creating cohesive, consistent brand experiences across multiple channels.

Requirements

• 6+ years in visual/brand design
• 2+ years leading teams (ideally SaaS/tech/product-led)
• Proven in-house experience driving brand from conception to execution
• Portfolio demonstrating visual systems, rebrands, and consistent multi-channel applications.
• Skilled at briefing and QA-ing agencies/freelancers.
• Hands-on craft when needed; familiarity with design systems and project management tools.
