Senior Manager of Total Rewards

Paxos is a regulated blockchain infrastructure company seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards to lead global total rewards, including compensation, equity, benefits, job leveling, and board/compensation committee deliverables. The role will also oversee the design and execution of key People programs.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of progressive HR/People experience
• Proven experience supporting and scaling organizations through high-growth environments
• Strong expertise in global compensation, benefits, equity, and job architecture
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to model, interpret, and present complex data
• Hands-on experience with HR systems (Workday preferred)
• Experience overseeing and implementing a wide range of HR programs
• Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels
