Experienced Leasing Consultant

We are hiring a Part-Time Leasing Agent for our multifamily community in Tulsa, OK. As our Leasing Agent, you will play a direct role in filling units, engaging prospects, and supporting our property team.

Requirements

• Leasing experience preferred (1 year minimum with references)
• Experience with Entrata or other leasing/property management software is a plus
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-service mindset with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Basic knowledge of real estate terminology and local market trends
• Proficient with MS Office and comfortable using multiple online platforms
• Ability to work Saturdays (half-day)
