We seek a Leasing Professional to join our team at Sonoma Grande Apartments. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, and build rapport with prospects and residents.
Requirements
- 1+ years of leasing experience in property management or relevant experience in customer service and sales
- Passion for assisting others
- Collaborative nature, as well as the ability to work independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiasm about new challenges, and a desire to grow personally and professionally
- Attention to detail and demonstrated strengths in maintaining schedules, managing priorities, and meeting goals
- Experience with and demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license
