Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Portuguese Speaking Customer Service representative for a Chinese-owned global e-commerce platform in Greece. This role focuses on providing exceptional customer support in Portuguese and English, assisting customers with orders, product details, and account issues. The ideal candidate will be customer-centric, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).
• Customer-centric attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail (plus) is a plus.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with customer service/interaction software is a plus.
