Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years’ prior experience as Accounting Manager or Controller
• 5+ years’ accounting or finance experience
• Prior experience working with/in Manufacturing or Distribution companies
• Prior experience using ERP systems
• Familiarity with financial automation software and business intelligence tools
• Strong financial accounting principles and practices
• Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance knowledge
• Dynamic personality with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize projects, and work independently
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with team members
