Job Description
Parker is seeking a sharp, detail-oriented, and strategic Controller to join their leadership team. The role will play a critical role in building out the finance function at Parker, owning everything from day-to-day accounting operations to strategic financial reporting, compliance, and controls.
Requirements
- CPA designation
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/finance roles, with at least 2 years in a Controller or equivalent position
- Experience at a high-growth fintech, payments, or lending business strongly preferred
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial systems, internal controls, and audit processes
- Experience with financial institutions, banking-as-a-service, or card programs is a plus
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
