Job Description
Patreon is a media and community platform for creators, helping them fund their work and build a lasting business. They are seeking a Paid Media Director to develop their performance marketing strategy, build an in-house paid media capability, and support creator growth. The role involves strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration across various teams. The position is available in either New York or San Francisco and is flexible to those available for in-office 2 days per week.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid media strategy, or media buying
- Proven track record of developing paid media strategies
- Hands-on experience with planning, buying, and optimizing campaigns
- Strong understanding of attribution models and growth measurement
- Ability to build and optimize campaigns across digital channels
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Deep empathy for creators
- Knowledge of privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
