Director, Paid Media

We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and highly analytical Director of Paid Media to lead our performance marketing efforts across all paid media channels.

Requirements

• Develop a strong cross-channel acquisition strategy that maximizes scale while maintaining CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets.
• Oversee forecasting, budget allocation, and pacing to hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly growth goals.
• Partner with Creative to develop high-performing ad concepts informed by data, customer insights, and channel best practices.
• Manage testing roadmap and identify new platform opportunities and pilot innovative tactics to expand reach and improve efficiency.
• Own performance reporting, highlighting insights, opportunities, and risks to senior leadership.
• Partner with analytics vendors and internal team to improve attribution models, MMM/MTA, incrementality testing, and data-driven decision-making.

Benefits

• Salary Range: $140,000-190,000
