Director, Lifecycle Marketing

PatientNow is seeking a Director, Lifecycle Marketing to build and lead programs that drive adoption, usage, retention, and expansion across our suite of products. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SaaS lifecycle, retention, or customer marketing, with a proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive business growth.

Requirements

• Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategy
• Partner with Product Marketing to plan and support new product launches
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Payments, and CVR teams
• Build and scale Customer Advocacy Program
• Lead outcomes-based marketing approach
