Pathways Home Health, Hospice and Private Duty seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The Physical Therapist Assistant will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to administer treatment programs and provide skilled care to patients.

Requirements

• Graduate from a physical therapy assistant curriculum approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association
• Current California Physical Therapy Assistant license
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Current California driver's license and automobile insurance
• Current CPR Certificate
