The Physical Therapist will provide high-quality care to patients in their homes, with a focus on restoring function and preventing disability. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program approved by the Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association.
• California license as a Physical Therapist by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee of the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance.
• Minimum 2 years recent experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current California driver’s license and automobile insurance.
