Technical Support Engineer

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to lead our infrastructure team in ensuring the availability, scalability, and redundancy of all physical and virtual infrastructure. The successful candidate will have experience in managing cloud and hybrid infrastructure, systems operations, networking, and telephony, as well as leadership skills to mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including cloud and hybrid infrastructure
• Experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
