Parts Town is looking for a Purchasing Specialist to help manage the receipt of stocked SKUs, build relationships with vendors, and negotiate returns. The role requires strong communication skills, a passion for operations and supply chain management, and experience with MS Office, particularly Excel.
Requirements
- Maintain and grow strong and friendly relationships with vendors
- Manage and track SKUs
- Review purchasing agreements, place orders and arrange for service contracts
- Compare product deliveries with issued purchase orders and contact vendors when there are discrepancies
- Accommodate working hours of 8:00am-5:00pm CST
