Central Region Territory Director, Business Development

Parts Town is looking for a Central Region Territory Director, Business Development to develop and maintain relationships with customers, build a business plan to maximize profitable growth, and lead a team of Customer Solutions Specialists, Field Salespersons, and Business Development Managers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and/or combination of at least 5 years of successful Business Development/Customer Service leadership experience, great communication skills, and a passion for building relationships.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and/or combination of at least 5 years of successful Business Development/Customer Service leadership experience
• Great communication skills
• Proficient in English (verbal and written)
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Resilient and able to handle rejection
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) and CRM programs (such as Salesforce)
• Reliable, high speed ethernet internet connection at home (at least 10 mpbs)
• Average typing speed of at least 40 wpm
