Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) - Temporary Part-Time - Days at Partners Community Health (PCH) in Mississauga and West Toronto, supporting residents with personal care, medication administration, and promoting resident-centered care.
Requirements
- Post-graduate studies in Geriatrics and Nursing Administration are an asset
- Current certification of competence of the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Medication Certificate which meets the College of Nurses Standards of Practice
- One year experience in a long-term care facility with knowledge and interest in gerontology
- Members R.N.A.O./Gerontological Nursing Association preferred
