Job Description
Partners Community Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to support residents in their long-term care homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in a long-term care facility, knowledge of gerontology, and a commitment to innovation and continuous quality improvement.
Requirements
- Member of CNO with Active RPN License
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Check (completed in the last 6 months)
- Completed 2-Step TB Test
- Availability to work weekends and statutory holidays
