Crescendo is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to provide full HR support for one of our key partners within the Tegucigalpa hub. The role involves acting as the primary HR point of contact for all partner-assigned associates and leaders, ensuring smooth HR operations while fostering a positive employee experience aligned with our company policies, local regulations, and Crescendo culture.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in human resources or related assignment
- In-depth knowledge of Honduran labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and outstanding client service orientation;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- Proficient in Google suite; experience with an HRIS preferred.
