Investment Analyst

Partner One is a leading investment group seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to join their Mergers and Acquisition team. The analyst will support activities related to due diligence and execution of acquisitions, including market research and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets.

Requirements

• Conduct overview and analysis of commercial and financial data of acquisition targets
• Formulate and present the assessment of the acquisition targets' initial fit
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and recognize new acquisition opportunities
• Support the M&A team with various ad hoc tasks related to the closing of live deals
• Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requests, information sharing, project team meetings and deal execution
