Partner One is a leading investment group seeking a Due Diligence Analyst to join their Mergers and Acquisitions team, supporting activities related to due diligence and the execution of acquisitions.
Requirements
- Conduct a global analysis of the commercial and financial data of target acquisition companies
- Formulate and present the initial evaluation of target acquisition companies
- Perform market studies to understand industry trends and identify new acquisition opportunities
- Support the M&A team in various ad-hoc tasks related to ongoing transactions
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams for data requests, information sharing, project meetings, and transaction execution
