This HR Business Partner role at a leading ASX-listed non-bank lender involves hands-on work across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring and onboarding to performance and offboarding. The role focuses on providing expert advice, supporting strategic initiatives, and ensuring effective implementation of people initiatives to foster a thriving workplace.
Requirements
- Act as a go-to person for business leaders, offering coaching and support for all employee matters.
- Take the lead and drive all HR operations, ensuring employee experience is seamless.
- Supporting Strategic Initiatives, while helping implement key projects led by the Head of HR.
- Managing Employee Relations, with a focus on empathy and compliance.
- Ensuring compliance such as Fair Work, modern awards, and financial services regulatory requirements is fully compliant and up to date.
