AWA is seeking a passionate and collaborative Events Coordinator to support their work in delivering high-quality in-person, digital, and hybrid events. This role involves coordinating sponsor registration, site tours, travel logistics, and event materials preparation. The company focuses on water sustainability and has over 60 years of impact in the Australian water network.
Requirements
- Handle event registrations and general enquiries
- Coordinate sponsor and member registration benefits
- Work with tech providers to integrate delegate data
- Manage travel for speakers, staff, and guests
- Liaise with venues, AV providers, entertainers, and other suppliers
- Prepare event materials
- Develop event orders and manage onsite logistics
- Assist with event wrap-up
