Job Description
Sol Suriname N.V. is seeking an in-house legal counsel to join the Parkland International legal team. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support to the company's commercial activities, including contract drafting, negotiation, and compliance advice, focusing on petroleum industry regulations. It is a collaborative position reporting to the General Counsel in Parkland International.
Requirements
- Draft, negotiate, review and advise on a range of legal contracts.
- Advise on corporate governance and compliance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Liaising with outside counsel and supervising attorneys.
