Wheelhouse - Liquid Division

Parker Towing Company is a family-owned company that operates a fleet of towboats and barges, transporting various commodities. The company is looking for a Wheelhouse personnel to safely and efficiently navigate inland towing vessels and transport liquid cargoes.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• A valid Transportation Workers Identification Credential (T.W.I.C.)
• A valid Master of Towing Vessels (MOTV) or Mate Pilot of Towing Vessels license with towing endorsements to include Western Rivers and Inland Waters
• A valid Radar Endorsement and FCC license
• Experience operating 600 feet of tow or wheelhouse experience on tank barge tows
• Merchant Mariner Credential (MMC) Tankerman- PIC (Barge) is preferred (not required)
