Job Description
Paragraf is a company revolutionizing graphene production through proprietary contamination-free deposition technology. They are seeking an Innovation Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative opportunities, collaborate with the CTO and Product team, and drive the commercialization of graphene-based electronic devices. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and leading innovation initiatives within a high-growth environment.
Requirements
- Educated to Advanced degree level in a materials or engineering discipline
- Significant experience working at a team lead level in innovation, R&D, product development, or technology development
- Demonstrated ability to manage uncertainty, drive innovation initiatives, and communicate across disciplines
- Experience with complex technologies and the ability to understand potential applications
- Strong understanding of the innovation lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
