Innovation Manager

We are seeking a motivated and technically strong Innovation Manager to drive and coordinate innovation initiatives and R&D programs within our organization. You will work at the intersection of research, engineering, and external collaboration, contributing to the development and execution of innovation projects from concept through validation and early deployment.

Requirements

• Coordinate innovation initiatives on different topics from idea definition to technical validation and reporting.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams across Engineering and Physics topics.
• Define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, risk mitigation plans, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and certification bodies to ensure program objectives and compliance requirements are met.
• Oversee documentation, budgeting, reporting, and program governance activities.
• Contribute to technology scouting and assessment of emerging technologies aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure technical feasibility and validate results in close collaboration with engineers and researchers.
• Contribute to innovation strategy and technology scouting in alignment with market trends.
