Requirements
- Build an efficient Sales organization to drive efficiencies, ownership, and accountability
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of high performing executives (Inside Sales, and Account Managers)
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement and suggest corrective actions as needed
- Incubate new business verticals to ramp to strong commercial efficiency and overall business knowledge
- Work directly with leadership to understand and establish the OKRs and goals for a sales team
