Supervisor, Clinical Operations (Optometry)

Panorama Eyecare seeks a Supervisor, Clinical Operations to lead clinical activities at assigned site(s). The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience as a clinical technician in an Ophthalmology setting and strong leadership skills.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, highly organized and demonstrates a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to be flexible to ever changing priorities with little daily supervision.
• Strong understanding of business practices and personnel management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, along with the ability to successfully mediate issues for patients and employees.
• Knowledge of computers and proficiency with computer software (Microsoft Office Suite) – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
