Cheyenne, Wyoming Optometrist
Doctorate Degree in Optometry (O.D.) and valid state license or eligibility in Wyoming
Ophthalmic Technician
High school diploma, prior experience in medical office, and floating between Erie and Boulder locations
Refractive Optometrist
Doctorate Degree in Optometry (O.D.) and Valid Colorado state license or eligibility
Retinal Ophthalmologist
Must have graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of accredited residency and fellowship training, and be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Ophthalmology
Medical Optometrist
Doctorate degree in Optometry and valid state license or eligibility in Colorado or Wyoming
Optometric Technician - Evergreen Vision Clinic
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Prior experience in a fast-paced medical setting preferred. Must be detail-oriented, reliable and customer service oriented
Colorado Ophthalmologist
Must be eligible to work in the United States, Board Certified or Board Eligible, Graduation from an Accredited Medical School and completion of Accredited Residency Programs and fellowships (for specialists), or equivalent required
