Forward Deployed Engineer

This Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) role bridges the gap between product/engineering and customers, embedding them deeply in the AI system. The FDE will translate real-world use cases into technical solutions, ensure production-ready systems, drive improvements, and manage deployment complexity. The position requires a strong understanding of AI systems and customer interaction.
