Forward Deployed Engineer

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) will bridge the gap between product/engineering and customers, embedding deeply with users to translate real-world use cases into technical solutions. They'll own deployment complexity, influence product direction, and drive high-impact customer-facing work. The role focuses on building and deploying AI systems, ensuring reliability and performance in production environments.
