Job Description
Paired is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to support their wellness company's remote e-commerce operations. The role involves monitoring e-commerce platforms, managing supplier relationships, resolving operational issues, and providing proactive communication with leadership. The company focuses on environmentally friendly, high-quality wellness products.
Requirements
- Monitor and manage e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopify, Amazon).
- Collaborate with suppliers and 3PLs to ensure inventory and fulfillment.
- Manage multiple spreadsheets and long-term projects.
- Provide proactive updates to leadership on operational status.
- Handle operational challenges and risks, including payment processor issues or shipping bottlenecks.
- Take full responsibility for risk management across departments.
