Job Description
Paired is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Specialist to support their remote wellness company's e-commerce operations. The role involves managing operational details across platforms, collaborating with suppliers and 3PLs, ensuring inventory and fulfillment, executing tasks quickly and efficiently, and proactively identifying and resolving critical issues. This is a full-time, remote position focused on operational excellence.
Requirements
- Background in e-commerce operations, with experience in Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Amazon.
- Proven ability to manage relationships with suppliers and 3PLs.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting e-commerce backend systems.
- Proactive mindset and ability to identify potential problems.
