Job Description
Pair Team is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (CA Licensed) to join their team as a full-time leader in their integrated care model. This role focuses on providing best-in-class virtual preventative care for underserved patients, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and supportive care. They are building a team of passionate individuals to revolutionize primary care in underserved communities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience serving patients with complex social and healthcare needs
- 1+ year of primary care experience
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Experience working with a multidisciplinary team
- Bilingual fluency in CA Spanish, English & proficiency in CA English
- Active DEA license preferred
