Job Description
Pair Team is seeking a full-time Bilingual Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) with Spanish speaking skills to join their growing team and deliver whole-person care in underserved communities. This role focuses on engaging individuals with complex needs through virtual preventive care, collaborating with partners, and contributing to a high-energy, innovative team. Pair Team partners with Federally Qualified, Non-Profit Health Centers to provide enhanced care for Medi-Cal beneficiaries.
Requirements
- 2+ years of clinical experience in serving patients with complex social and healthcare needs
- 1+ year of primary care experience
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Bilingual, Spanish and English speaking
- Active DEA license preferred
- Active NP license in CA
