Job Description
The Human Resources Director will oversee HR management, payroll, employee relations, compliance, and general support to management. The role requires a strong understanding of Mexican labor law and technical knowledge of payroll processes, IDSE, and SUA system operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Coordination roles.
- Payroll processes, IDSE, SUA system operations.
- Mexican labor law.
- Intermediate Excel and HR systems management (desirable).
- Intermediate English (for reports and basic communication with HQ in Miami).
