Job Description
Join Pace Industries as a Die Cast Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and support high-pressure die casting processes. Lead troubleshooting efforts, drive continuous improvement, and provide technical guidance to production teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in die casting, foundry, or related manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge of die casting processes and equipment
- Experience with problem-solving tools, SPC, and automotive quality systems
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
