Job Description
Join Pace as a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost in an aluminum die casting environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (die casting or machining preferred).
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, process control, and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma).
- Proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Effective communicator and team player with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
