The Residential Care Facility Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality services and care are provided for the residents of Ozark Oaks Residential Care Facility, supervising residential personnel, and budget management.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or closely related field
• 2+ years of experience supervising employees
• Collaboration with maintenance professionals
• OSHA, CARF, DMH, DHSS, Medicaid, Medicare, federal, state, and other regulatory guidelines and requirements
